Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The location was convenient for my event at the nearby center, although the noisy construction next door was a downside. The dining options were basic but satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport, making it a great starting point for exploring San Francisco and the Bay Area without breaking the bank. While the evening entrance through El Camino Real can be a bit challenging, the proximity to dining options and major attractions compensates for it.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not well-lit, which was a bit unpleasant, but they did come equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for added convenience. However, the fridge in my room wasn't working properly. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to help me receive a package for an event. The location was great being close to an event center, though the busy parking lot made it a bit tricky to come and go. The dining options were not up to par, with old and cheap furniture as well as limited breakfast choices. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel had some positive aspects like its proximity to shopping and restaurants.
